Why Pure
Balance Pilates?

Our small classes are either taught by a member of our in-house Physiotherapy team or one of our Clinical Pilates teachers. Each class is different using a variety of small equipment to modify, enhance or challenge the mat work. Our teachers will adapt exercises for safety, individual requirements and student progression. We aim to support musculoskeletal health, promoting pain free, unrestricted daily living.

For clients dealing with health challenges or those who feel out of shape and exercise-shy, our physiotherapy team conducts an initial postural assessment. This helps us place you in the perfect Pilates class, tailor exercises, and work closely with Pilates instructors to support your evolving fitness journey. We're committed to providing ongoing physiotherapy assistance throughout your class experience.

Our beginner courses support those new to Pilates or with musculoskeletal or joint issues. In small, inclusive classes, we gently introduce the Pure Balance approach, focusing on personalized functional movement. Stay as long as you need, ensuring a safe, tailored exercise introduction, regardless of health conditions or experience

Our chair classes are ideal for those unable to exercise on the floor. Our chair-based program enhances confidence, builds strength, and supports mobility, especially for those at risk of falls. We aim to maintain independence by adapting to pre-existing conditions, potentially progressing to mat-based routines over time.

For improved strength and balance, our small classes (up to 12 people) offer variety with different equipment. Rooted in Pure Balance principles, our instructors adapt exercises for safety and progression. We aim to support musculoskeletal health, promoting pain-free, unrestricted daily living.

Ideal for sporty individuals or those with an active lifestyle. Our dynamic, fast-paced classes enhance mental focus, balance, and coordination. Instructors emphasize efficient muscle use for powerful movement and injury prevention. Our goal is to enable a lifelong exercise journey, regardless of age.

Ideal for both new and experienced riders, EquiPilates combines Pilates principles with equestrian training. Our qualified instructor enhances riding posture for rider and horse safety, improving endurance, stability, and preventing injuries. Ensure your horse's freedom of movement and safeguard against potential joint and back issues.
