At Pure Balance to support the delivery of careful individualised Clinical Pilates, we have our own Physiotherapy Clinic – Pure Balance Health – New clients are seen for a thorough postural assessment prior to commencing pilates classes. This enables the identification of any muscle, skeletal or joint complaints. Our physiotherapist then works closely along side our pilates teachers to ensure the prescription of safe and effective pilates exercise to students within each class.
